Deep 6 is an album that has a great variety of sounds. Weirdo (at
25,000 Miles Per Hour) is reminiscent of the Vapors, a late 70's
early 80's New Wave band that was best known for the song "I'm
Turning Japanese". The retro sound follows through on most of the
album. Kick Start My Body has a B-52's influence. Appetite
elicits memories of John Lennon. And Whole World Explode takes on
a Crowded House tone. To pinpoint a description of The Dentists
