The Replicants

In case you're curious, the Replicants are members of Tool, Failure, and Triangle who got together to cover artists such as Neil Young, David Bowie, the Cars, T. Rex, Paul McCartney, John Lennon, Steely Dan, Gary Numan, and Missing Persons. Why anyone would release an album of all covers is a perplexing question.

If you think Tool are bad, the Replicants will make you projectile vomit The album's heavy sound pushes it way out of the realm of anything you could call "alternative." This is stuff for fans of Queensreich and Cinderella. This album just plain blows.
